It is starting to look like HRC tried to use Dominion to beat Trump. But they were not prepared for the amount of votes for Trump and had not enough strategy to overcome them by cheating. That would explain why she (and others) were so shocked that she lost.

IIRC, the vote switching was thwarted in 5 counties that prevented 5 states from going to Hillary. Miami-Dade, Cuyahoga (Cleveland), Wayne (Detroit), Philadelphia, and Milwaukee. I’m sure the left still stole votes elsewhere, after all, they are democrats.
