This is an unknowable assertion. The “most secure ever!” - have you tested all these separate systems? No. Do we a evidence votes were changed? Yes.

what I’d really like to know is, did they have access to all the fraud in real time and then delete it? Lose it? So they get canned (leadership in this group) and on their way out they issue a letter that this is the safest election in history??
Democrat voters still believe a conspiracy theory that Russian hackers changed votes INSIDE of the ballot boxes in 2016.
But dead people registering and voting, time traveling ballots that are received before they’ve been mailed out, and magic jumps of thousands of Trump votes to Biden tallies electronically are no indication of anything other than Rat Crime business as USUAL.
If this proves to be an official response from DHS, I find that worrisome. In the event of a civil war, the concern here is just how much of the current government and military agencies would side with the left.
They make a statement without revealing when they examined the machines, what they examined, the tests they ran, or whatever else they based their determination on? What horseshit. It would be like Pfizer saying their COVID vaccine works and is safe, without releasing their scientific research and testing that brought them to that conclusion.
How queer. DHS never looked at the DNC’s allegedly hacked server. The one that was cited in the Democrats’ conspiracy theory about Russian hackers “leaking Hillary’s emails” when it was DNC emails that were leaked, James Comey was the one who had Hillary’s deleted emails found on Huma Weiner’s laptop.
