Sunday night my husband went to the hospital because he was feeling winded (48 years old). He had had shoulder surgery about 2 weeks prior so he was chalking it up to tensing too much from pain.
They did several tests on him, admitted him, more tests and then told us he needs an open heart triple heart bypass (family history)-- we are devastated and could really use your prayers right now.
My husband said "Have Faith" but to be honest, I feel like my wells are empty and I am having a hard time drawing upon them. I am scared...we have been married 30 years and he is our family's rock.
I know so many families here have gone through much more and I have so much to be thankful for... we probably found it a month away from a heart attack (50% clog, 90% clog, 80% clog).
Surgery is tomorrow at noon and I would appreciate you holding my husband Keith up in your prayers...thank you freeper family~

Relax!
I had quadruple by-pass surgery in April!
Yes, there’s a lot of pain, but it’s not as big a deal as you think!
Just follow all the physical therapist directions and you will be fine! EXCEED THEM!...................
I was out of the hospital in a week and was walking on my own in a month.
Before the surgery I couldn’t walk across the parking lot without getting ‘winded’.
I now walk two miles a day!.....................
Prayers up!

Lord God Almighty, please bless this Family with your healing power. In the name of Christ Jesus, I pray.
AND I’m 65!..................
Will pray. I had quadruple bypass at the end of 2017 and I was 61. I was back at work part time in 2 1/2 weeks. The surgery is not nearly so bad as it used to be. My Dad had it twice. I benched 245 lbs in August after surgery. Follow orders, which includes walking, and he will be OK
Prayers up for your husband plus yourself/family.
My brother (same name, Keith) was about 30 days away from either a fatal heart attack or one causing significant heart damage. He’s fine and most likely, your husband will be as well. Hang in there.
Prayers up for Keith and your family.
Prayers for you, your husband and rest of family.
Prayers for your husband - May the Lord give him a quick and complete recovery from his health problems, and may he and you live a long and happy life together.
You should be encouraged that he did something about the problem besides just hiding it “like a man,” and that we live in 2020 - meaning that the diagnostic tools and the surgical tools are very advanced vs. even 10 or 20 years ago. When he was young, most people in that situation didn’t make it; Keith should - easily. Best of luck to both of you and your family.
