"How can I post gifs that move?" Instead of a .jpg or whatever, use a .gif file in the image.
Like this:
<img src="name-of-gif-here.gif" width=50%>
So for my Biden's Bubble Burst which I just used in the new thread (I was watching TV and lost a couple of hours of thread) it would be like this:
<img src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-1lGLO3sixvI/XwoSs-nx4kI/AAAAAAACWUo/5F7fHMzeYE8_TMHusdY4cNl3WI0peFV7gCLcBGAsYHQ/s640/1mb90m_ou27m2NxR41wviwa9o1_400.gif" width=50%>
