Do you have any source for the Calcium and Magnesium? This is new information, and I would like to have sources for it as I am sharing information with people who need it.
I think it is a great idea to take melatonin as a prophalaxis-—safe, and inexpensive...
And since I am living with a first-line responder, they should take it too. We always have melatonin on hand because it is a great sleep aid.
Standby for the rush on melatonin.

Of course! Why wouldn’t a person want to have it and use it if it can prevent?
Frankly astute observers probably already rushed to get it when it was noted that President Trump had it as part of his protocol.
I carry it with me on trips; two 10’s at night and have a good six hour sleep.
