Even With Absolute Evidence of Massive Fraud, What If US Supreme Court Is Afraid to Overturn the Election?

Posted on 11/11/2020 3:42:54 AM PST by SarahPalin2012

There is no doubt there has been massive fraud. Let's also never say, "If it's not close, they can't steal", because this time it was not close. I'd guess Biden nationwide got up to 10 million illegal votes as a guess.

But the US Supreme Court (USSC) may still not correct this travesty. We would need all five justices (Thomas, Alito, Barrett, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh) to overturn this election, which would take a lot of courage to do at this time.

If and when they ignore the law, our country does.

At this point, and when it comes before the SCOTUS...

There has been NO election to overturn.

I’m of the opinion that if they get paid to do a job, they should do the job.
If that job involves preventing America from becoming Iraq during saddam’s reign, I would hope that the originalists would gladly prevail and correct the course.

I think that if there’s that much evidence, Trump relies on the State Legislatures. He won’t chance the Court’s inherent cowardice.

This suggests that Supreme Court justices may be just as corrupt as our voting system. Can you say Banana Republic?

There is nothing to overturn right now - neither candidate has been officially awarded ANY Electoral College votes.

You can’t overturn an election that hasn’t been decided.

Hey Jim Robinson - where is our Amicus Brief?

We filed a document on C’s impeachment.

I’m starting to be concerned about Kavanaugh and will Barrett sit it out. Well they don’t want to start a civil war... they be damned if they do and damned it they don’t. Justice is blind and personalities and personal feelings should affect the decision between right and wrong. I expect they would refuse to hear it.

It can go either way, but if they do, they deem themselves irrelevant

If Trump wins AZ and GA
All they would need to do is call a do over in PA.

If and when it goes to the SCOTUS, and if they do the right thing, they would not be overturning an election, all they need to say is for the affected states to abide by the laws they already have on the books and leave it at that.

A ruling like that would invalidate the millions of fraudulent ballots.

Not if they give an OPTION:

Exclude all the questionable ballots that do not fit what the state law was before imperious judges and governors unilaterally changed the state election laws.

OR

Those states can RE-Vote. “Figure it out” and next time don’t ignore your own state laws.

In that way they’re not calling a winner or loser they’re just following the LAW.

This is a nonjusticeable political question. Any originalist justice would refuse to hear it in a minute.

Article II and Amendment XII place these issues squarely in the hands of Congress which has all the authority needed to resolve them.

With what we have seen I firmly believe Obama stole his second term and I would bet President Trump came close to winning all fifty states!
