With counting continuing in numerous counties throughout Georgia, as of 8:15 a.m. today there are approximately 8,197 ballots still outstanding.

Approx. 8,900 requested military/overseas ballots have not been returned, but can be today if postmarked by Election Day.— GA Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger (@GaSecofState) November 6, 2020

So if on Friday morning there were only 8197 ballots still outstanding, how does the Georgia Secretary of State explain the flood of ballots that came in since then?

I’m sure they have enough postal workers on the dark side to ensure those military ballots arrive a day late, if they even arrive at all.

I’m still getting my head around how the Georgia Secretary of State could claim only 8197 outstanding ballots on Friday morning which over the next few days INCREASED by many thousands more with NO explanation from him.

That’s a lot of REQUESTED Military ballots they were not returned. Should check to see if this is the norm.

Thrown in the trash.

Word went out to the USPS that “if Trump wins you won’t have a retirement.”

The expected actions followed.

Trump likely won the POPULAR VOTE as well. That’s 3 million votes created for Joe and/or destroyed for Trump.

I would think so. There are a lot of military folk from GA, and at 18-19-20, their daily life and duties are their focus. They often request their ballots as part of a class on how to do so, so it is not really a measure of their interest.

On the other hand, the military postal system has a habit of 1) not postmarking everything, and 2) taking a very long time at times to deliver the mail.

In the Florida2000 recount the military absentee ballots disapoeared, were never found, are never talked about at all... just disappeared.

Brad Raffensperger should be run out of town on a train.
In fact, he should be run over by a train.
He has no political future in GA.
And where has GOP Gov Kemp been hiding?

Here are all the numbers Raffensperger gave throughout the week:

and here

November 4
200,000 absentee ballots still outstanding in Georgia, Secretary of State says

So, it’s been pretty confusing here in GA

Or I’m familiar with the military and seen how it works.

How many absentee ballots were requested for GA? I’d be surprised if 8197 represents a particularly large portion of those requested.

Military ballots (not to be confused with tippy toed dancers) are sometimes not postmarked.

Military are provided the forms. Contractors and Civil Service need to request in some States.

This is a practice run for January to steal both senate seats.

Doesn’t give one much confidence in getting absentee ballots timely for the January runoff. The election office was a mess all summer long. They cancelled my husband’s absentee ballot as they said he voted in person. Really? He has trouble getting from the bed to the bathroom..I posted on another thread that it took the SOS office help to get it straightened out. They said it was mistakes by “part time help.”

We have to file absentee because of my husband’s inability to get out. Until just a few years ago we always voted at the polls ON ELECTION DAY - novel concept! The last time we voted in person, he fell off a stool at the grade school (stools for little kids) while he was waiting to vote and I had just brought him home from the hospital that day.

I’m spending a lot of time thinking/worrying about those runoffs - it’s crucial that Perdue and Loeffler win those. Lindsay Graham said he was putting $500,000 of campaign money into the legal fund for fighting the fraud but ALL the GOP Senators need to cough up donations to both these candidates for the runoff. We little folks can’t get it done.

When you go to Basic training, and start sending letters, they can take weeks to get home / to you. And that's here in the States. Anyone overseas / deployed is often even more delayed. Doesn't mean the Dems don't trash mil ballots, but they do legitimately often take longer than regular mail.

I have heard several people say in GA too that went to vote and and the system said had already voted by mail. Read this account, it will blow your mind http://freerepublic.com/focus/bloggers/3903756/posts?page=6#6

Bannon just on, with John Fredericks, radio host (?) in GA....hammering Gov Kemp and announcing a presser, today at 3:30p, with Susie Walt (?), Cleta Mitchell (who is an awesome election atty), and Doug Collins...with an update.

John and Bannon were pumped up, about this presser.
