2 - Vote in person with photo ID.
3 - Only exception to voting in person is Military service and travel overseas during the election or hospital stay.
4 - No early voting or vote-by-mail AT ALL.

And thumbprint on absentee ballot envelopes, all envelopes to be retained 6 months.

What about those in nursing homes and other elderly or disabled that can’t get out. Absentee Vote is critical and should be allowed for all of these.

4 - No early voting or vote-by-mail AT ALL.

Outside of #3 you nailed it.

You forgot: Registration in person three to five weeks before the election. (I.e. for that ONE election. Registration does not carry forward. For those to young to know or remember, that’s how it used to be, in New York at least.)
