Take it with a grain of salt, but if this is true, then all of Wayne County votes should be invalidated.
I dont know about illegal, but gross negligence if they ever were. I would not trust a vote that came out. Manual count.

From what I know of SCORECARD, it uses a “man-in-the middle” type of attack. Think of information travelling across the internet as envelopes, which have certain information, such as sending and receiving address, and within the envelope, there is the infomation. A man in the middle exploit simply strips out the information in the envelope (packet) and instantaneously places whatever information they want in the envelope, and presto. We do know the NSA and CIA have the facilities to “monitor” the entire internet from certain key nodes, through a closed internet that only they have access to. So, they have the means, the method, and certainly the motivation.

Have you seen the Russ Ramsland video? If connected to the Internet, and they were, then they can, and certainly were, hacked. The voting software had no safeguards. Anyone and everyone could enter at any time and create and delete millions of votes. And sure enough, that’s exactly what happened.

Yeah, they’re supposed to run 10,000 sample ballots through and test to make sure the ratio is represented exactly.
Someone probably paid the SOS off.
Do we realize yet the primitive desert areas of the Arab Spring vote with a finger dipped in paint was much more reliable than our system today?
Probably if they tried it here some Dem in Detroit would dig up a corpse, drag them in and vote for them, and dip their dead finger in paint. A true “graveyard shift” job but worth it for the Dem victory.
