Actually the PA legislature sent a letter to the Governor stating as much on Nov 6. The letter is here somewhere on FR. Posted this afternoon. The letter is full of good stuff.
Need to get fraudsters in other states terrified that they are looking at prison.
It was trending on google...something about punishment for election fraud right before the election
so we are getting a full scale audit??? Please make it so.
This is excellent news! So proud of our legislators.
Sounds like a WIN to me
Could be. But RAT Gov Wolf is in charge of the audit.
More info on their election audit process is here:
https://www.votespa.com/About-Elections/Pages/Post-Election-Audits.aspx
Typically all county clerks review ALL voter registrations. Cross reference address and age eligibility with state info. Death checks. Examination of absentee ballots. Challenges can take place. Ballot by ballot review.
The legislature doesn’t certify the vote.
Keep the faith!
There is a lot of internet talk today about Google search results before election.
Wondered if someone was in full scale psy ops mode.
Now with Mcconnell and Barr...and PA GOP demanding a full audit this might start to get shaky for the fraudsters.
How is the Governor in charge of the audit? The state legislature should be in charge of the audit.
The legislature doesnt certify the vote.
The article didn’t say they do, nor does state law.
Troll......
Dear Pa House GOP:
Stand Tall, and do not back down.
Yeah it’s YUGE!
If the Pa Executive hasn’t followed the laws of the PA Legislature then Joe is trash.
But he's not in charge of the legislature. This could end up being a very good omen.
Nobody thinks in the heat of the moment with many crimes.
They didn’t expect FL to be like it was and the fraud had to be immensely escalated.
I bet some of those people are thinking..
“The legislature doesnt certify the vote.”
Yeah, but they can de-certify their Executives slate (vote) by offering another to Congress.
Hi a t sf we t
The state R AGs laid out a very strong case to undo the action of the PA supreme court.
