Why is the DoJ fake? Barr is not fake.

President Trump is cleaning out the quiet little corners of government the swamp altered years ago to protect itself. In 2006, the Public Integrity Election Crimes Branch of the DOJ wrote a 345-page monstrosity, on how to prosecute election fraud. In 2017 it was revised down to 296 pages, but I suspect the intent of the document remained the same - capture the government of the US by protecting those stealing elections.

I say this after reading in Redstate's article that, "about 900 times in the course of 300 pages the Election Crimes Branch tells the AUSAs that they must consult with and obtain approval from Election Crimes Branch before an AUSA or FBI Agent can do anything operationally in response to an allegation that an election-related crime might have taken place. Without their approval, there would be no investigation."  (Note: AUSA's are Assistant US Attorneys, there are 94 appointed to districts across the US).

This explains so much. Write a manual giving one corrupt "gate keeper" authority to control whether or not there is an election fraud investigation conducted by federal attorneys appointed to states. So if CA federal attorney is concerned about suspicious activities surrounding a CA election, they can't investigate unless the "gate keepers" in the Election Crimes Branch says they can.

From RedState's article linked below, "What happened today, and what prompted Pilger to “quit” was that AG Barr said to US Attorneys – “If you have substantial allegations of election fraud in your district, you have authority to investigate that.” Basically, Barr cut Pilger and Election Crimes Branch out of the picture as “gatekeepers” to starting investigations in places like Philadelphia, Milwaukee, Detroit, and Atlanta."
