I think I wasn’t clear, and thus you missed the point I was making, so let me try to make myself clearer. If a state’s election is invalidated. That means there is no elected Presidential, Senatorial, or Representatives either - correct?
So let’s say 3 states were invalidated, that would mean 47 states. And depending on which ones have majority Pubbies, it could have some sort of impact, which I have not seen any one addressing whether the likely states impacted would be positive or negative for POTUS.
Of course, the legislatures would surely send a slate of electors in for President, but what would they do for the Senate and House?
