I think I wasn’t clear, and thus you missed the point I was making, so let me try to make myself clearer. If a state’s election is invalidated. That means there is no elected Presidential, Senatorial, or Representatives either - correct?

So let’s say 3 states were invalidated, that would mean 47 states. And depending on which ones have majority Pubbies, it could have some sort of impact, which I have not seen any one addressing whether the likely states impacted would be positive or negative for POTUS.

If I’m following you, I think only the election is invalidated, not the state. If the choice of President comes down to a vote in the House, I believe all 50 states would participate in the vote. The voided election “penalty” doesn’t carry over to the next remedy.

As for the Senate and House races, they may have to hold another election for those positions since, technically, the positions aren’t filled.
