I called Comcast to see if they had an offering that offered ONLY SPORTS.
They don't. I can order OANN without having to pay for bundling anywhere. Why can't I buy sports channels, TCM, no local channels, and no globalist propaganda?
So I cancelled cable. I'm shopping for alternatives, but it doesn't appear that there are any that offer just sports.
Yeah, the leagues are definitely a problem, but eventually they respond to the only vote that seems to matter to them - your dollars.
It's time to cancel something that really needs to be cancelled.
What tipped me over the edge was OANN being available truly ala carte, and LS and Tracy Beanz excellent election analysis on election night. They need to be starved out.
For me, it starts today.

You’ll find there are many free channels out there, and you can always catch these shows like Tucker, a day later and sometimes even hours later on YouTube or elsewhere.

Ratings matter to these media outlets (and their advertisers), and they have to negotiate their contracts with the provider. If enough people no longer watch their network, the cable/satellite provider will want to pay them less — it’s not in their interest to use channel space for a declining network, or one that can be filled by another outlet that wants less for its contract.

College football still has sports without any of the Bash Lighter Melanins stuff from the athletes and coaches, except for trace amounts before the season started.

I decided the same this morning. I am cancelling Far Left Comcast this week - my daughter is doing the same. we bought Apple boxes. Will never watch any network news ever again.

Comcast is my local cable monopoly in the Philly burbs. I dropped TV & phone with them a couple of years ago while retaining only internet service. (no good alternatives there). I use Roku to stream entertainment. I can get over the air digital broadcasts via antenna, but I seldom watch the propaganda.
I was paying about $200/month. I’m still paying about $83/month for broadband internet only. Highway robbery, but what’re you going to do?
We have Roku. We like it...
