It’s a political consultant describing taking money from candidates for votes.
Says she’s helping Biden. Has Republicans working for Biden as precinct chairs. Charges $55K for 5K votes.
Etc...

Funny thing is so many of the comments are saying the law can’t be enforced because of the corruption.
But it only takes one ethical prosecutor and one ethical judge to throw criminals in prison.

I guess some people think the whole case of the prosecution has is required to be served on a silver platter on the web.
That would be ridiculous. Every good prosecutor knows they must not show all their cards until in court.
