The Constitution explicitly says that "LEGISLATURES" determine the time and manner of selecting electors.
That means State Courts can't do it.
I think I put the full link to the article?

...but the point is, the end of the article says, if the case reaches the Supremes, either they go with the plain text of the Constitution, or they let any court anywhere overrule election law after the fact.
Alito talked about this, and is quoted in the article.
He's also the Justice who ordered Philadelphia to segregate and secure the late ballots; apparently Philly had *already* been mixing them in at this point.
The verbiage in the internet discussion about this is unclear, but it looks like it was a mixed "mistakes on purpose / what're you gonna DO about it?" to a sitting Supreme Court Justice.
Given that Kavanaugh and The Glorious ACB and one other Justice were lawyers during Bush v. Gore, and that:
a) Biden led the charge in accusing Thomas of Rape
b) Kamala led the charge in accusing Kavanaugh of Rape
I'd say Biden has a snowball's chance in Hell.
We are talking past each other now.
I posted what I posted and don’t find it in error.
No time for dilly-dally.
Moving on...
Media has given JoePedo 290 and PA will be lost or thrown out - leaving him at 270 with other challenges pending. The SCOTUS order was clear, the late influx of fraudulent ballots to PA will not stand.
