Ok. On NBC news I just caught a blurb by Chuck Todd and he was talking with Lester Holt about the vote in Pennsylvania. He admitted that some number of ballots (like 20,000) were being manufactured and counted. Like old dollar bills. All of this under the precise observations of qualified observers, of course!
I hope someone has the strength and fortitude to stand up for the truth.

The only wat to end election fraud in America is to make it a mandatory capital offense, not only for the direct perpetrator, but also for those responsible for its planning, organization, sponsorship and finance. It’s the single most important individual franchise of our Constitutional Republic. Why isn’t it being safeguarded as such?

No, it is not legitimate. If the ballot is improperly filled out, it is invalid. I guess if the partisan election staff are Soothsayers, maybe they can divine the intent. But an invalid ballot is invalid in the real world.
So will they be redoing the Arizona votes for Trump that were not scanned because of the sharpie pens?

Then, they had a Special Report and Lester spoke all authoritatively about how Pennsylvania was obviously becoming Biden territory...
Then Chuckie boy starts explaining about how and where these mysterious ballots keep showing up and PRESTO! He admitted to manufacturing some of them...

According to Rush, Biden underperformed Hillary - and Obama - everywhere except in Milwaukee, Detroit, Philadelphia - and Atlanta.In those cities he got enough ballots to cancel out Trump landslides elsewhere in Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Georgia. Surprisingly enough </sarcasm> those are exactly the states Trump needed.

No. An improperly completed ballot is to be considered a spoiled ballot, and therefore invalid. If a voter finds that he has spoiled the ballot before it has been cast, he can present it to the election judge who will destroy the spoiled ballot (making record of the serial number) and provide a clean ballot. That is the procedure that is supposed to be followed where paper ballots are used. I was an election judge on year.
There is not supposed to be “divining the intent” of a spoiled ballot once it is cast. A spoiled ballot is not valid.
Block-chain is the answer to this fraud of a system. It wouldn’t even be difficult to implement. Every vote attached to an eligible voter and sunk into the chain where no alteration is possible and audits are repeatable. Vote counting and auditing take minutes not weeks. Date/time of voting is irrefutable as is the provenance of each vote.
