Bud: Trump does not need the Courts to declare anything. He merely needs enough legal disputes, to run the clock into December. The Constitution says in case of election disputes that bar automatic determination of Electors, the State Legislatures will determine the respective State Electors. The State Legislatures of AZ, PA, MI are all GOP, they can name Electors.

perhaps had the D’s run a reasonable and sane ticket I would oppose correcting their election theft. But of course they didnt, and so the constitutional method of (where necessary) state legislators selecting the electors should definitely be followed. We have a US Constitution for a purpose (something the DNC thinks is only for target practice) and our republic’s founders did provide for this for us

You need to be a fan of ANY and EVERY legal method to keep Democrats from getting elected to any office, or advance any of their legislation.
Wouldn't the courts have to declare the disputes enough to bar determination? Trump claiming that it was rigged is probably not enough to trigger that I would assume. And Trump's track record in the courts this week has not been very successful.

The Constitution says no such thing. It says:
“Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors...”
No Communist “judge” can stop the legislatures

They were elected by Republicans. I'd not want to face the angry Trump voters if they failed to do their duty.
Earlier today, saw on one of the election websites, don't remember which one, a county map of Pennsylvania marked blue or red for each county. Only the two counties that contain Philadelphia and Pittsburgh (and maybe 3 or 4 other counties) were blue, and ALL the rest of the large number of counties in that state were Trump country (red counties)! I had no idea ... amazing!
