The RATs have been unwilling to allow REP / Trump poll observers to be present ... if they can’t cheat, they won’t count. Seeking a DEM friendly judge to allow them to continue cheating.
The Penn Supreme Court will side with the RATS. Giuliani will then take it to SCOTUS where he has 5-4.
Pennsylvania Democrats are suing to BLOCK observers from WATCHING the ballots being counted.
Democrats are also covering up windows with cardboard so no one can see what they are doing with the ballots inside.

WOW they are openly acknowledging that they can’t be transparent. Cheating needs to be in secret. Only a judge as corrupt as Sullivan would touch that.
