The special joint session on January 4, 2021 (under the gavel of President of the Senate Pence) is the correct forum to raise this issue.

They and only they have the power to reject votes from illegally appointed Electors. By reducing Biden below 270, they would force an IMMEDIATE election of a President by the House of Representatives, with each State having one vote.

I don’t think you can get BiteMe and Kommie to accept this without the dead voting.

Re-votes aren’t possible with U.S. presidential elections.

Here’s what to do: The state legislatures of N.C., Pa. and Mich. (all Republican legislatures with a Democratic governors) declare that the election wasn’t conducted in accordance with law, and they (the state legislatures) appoint the electors, as is their power under the U.S. Constitution.

In delegating this power to the voters of the states (which all state legislators do and have done for a long, long time), this is under law, and not for the Governor to change, not even under emergency decrees. Those Governors abused whatever discretion was allowed by the legislature in the administration of the laws of the state.

There should be monitoring of EVERY election. Our Republican politicians won THEIR seats again or weren’t up this time - they don’t CARE.

I’ve wondered forever why they’ve always allowed DEMOCRATS to run the voting stations and count the votes. Just plain idiotic and inevitably leads to the situation we have now.

If this occurred all over the nation, and it likely did, then the nation deserves an honest revote for all eligible voters.

All of us, or none of us.

And if we don’t revote, then every damn vote already cast needs to be recounted AND verified.

I was thinking Roanoke was a blue independent city but Lynchburg??? That one shocks me. Have you had an influx of transplants there?

Although legally in line with the Constitution, do you actually think any of the GOPe politicians would stick their necks out?

Exactly, to do this I think the main public relations goal needs to be to continuously make the case that the voting was completely tainted and thus not truly a representation of the will of the people. The will of the people is constitutionally reflected by the house.

No, not that I know of, and we’re in the mortgage business so we have a little knowledge of who’s moving here. Most of our transplants are Liberty grads who decide to stay, and the vast majority of them are conservative.

Outside of voter fraud the only explanation I could come up with was Jerry Jr. really hacked a lot of folks off with his sexual escapades. Many Liberty students were already unhappy with him when he endorsed and supported Trump, so maybe that sent many Liberty students and grads over the edge and they voted for Biden. I tend to doubt that, though. I’m at a loss...

The process would be repeated with mail-in again, and dead voters. It’s fully broken at this point.

In person only, full identification, fully monitored.

I’ve never, ever, understood this! How many times have we had control of the legislators in all of the trouble spots and they have never dealt with this at all?

I’m not the GOP whip in any of the chambers of these state legislatures.

I suspect hearings (with subpoena power supported by state and federal investigative resources) would have to be conducted to determine the weight of the evidence, The evidence developed by these hearings might inform wavering legislators.

As the story goes, Richard Nixon considered challenging the fraud through which the Democrats stole the 1960 election, but backed off because of the harm that would have done to the country. But, we can’t allow that precedent to allow wholesale vote fraud.

Unlike many here, I didn’t think it would be possible for massive voter fraud to take place. The scales have fallen from my eyes. Hopefully others like me will see the challenges we face as a nation.

I’m in red Missouri but I’m sure some hokey stuff goes on in St Louis. If nothing else, then for St Louis candidates. I’m sure it happens in every city. I took an online course 10 years ago from Univ of Michigan and the gay acting professor made a joke about Early and Often. Early & Often has been going on since the mid 2000s. We’re coming up on 20 years of known voter/election fraud and the useless GOP seems fine with it.

America is better than Blue.

When you say a “Blue State”, what you’re saying is the majority of our fellow Americans willingly voted for a criminal who has used the power of the US Govmt to shake down nations for his own pocket, who endorses illegal substance use and abuse among family members and in his own home, as well as pedophilia.

We are a better nation than that. A “Blue State” is one who’s electoral processes have been so gradually, incrementally, and thoroughly corrupted in ALL its forms that the residents have been conditioned to accept that their American ideals are a minority among a sea of fraudulent socialists. None ever think twice after thirty five years, of carefully and critically policing the voting process using contemporary digital tools.

What I find FAR easier to believe, is that as of Reagan’s a$%-kicking in 1984 the small number of American socialists began a program of gradually organized corruption of the Federal Elections that has proceeded incrementally across the country relatively unimpeded-and that in this election, in their brazenness, now they have attempted to extend this process into the remaining relatively un-corrupted states.

The American Left KNOWS 21st century digital balloting is coming and that when it does all this is exposed

I hate to be the pessimist, but the only way things will change is if Congress approves new voting measures. And that will never happen. Let me quickly explain.
States can have their own rules, and do, with local/state issues and ballots. But when it comes to federal elections;
-NO mail in ballots
-absentee ballots MUST be received 7 days prior to election day.
-equal amount of each party (R & D) pollworkers and watchers.

These are simple, that’s the key, achievable actions.
If you have additional ideas, add to the list.
We honest Americans need to dogedly press Congress to stop the crap we see going on.
And yes, there will always be cheating, but what is happening right now is criminal and it needs to be handled that way. Those guilty need to be tried and SEVERELY punished.
