I do believe this is the way things are designed to work. Hasn’t been done in over 100 years, but it is the way things are designed.
Yes, a fully monitored revote would be a good idea, but just how does this happen? Who orders it? What, in legal terms, triggers it? Is there a precedent for this?
But we win with just the above re-vote, and we need to concentrate our efforts. I’ve no doubt about irregularities all over, but we need to concentrate on a limited re-vote.
Then there will be a lot dead people because this is going to push us into a civil war. Which does America want?
The power to correct this travesty is given by the US constitution to the state legislatures. By the way, still waiting for the apology from Chris Christie for criticism of Trump’s calling out of the vote fraud late on election night.

Our lawyers have asked for “meaningful access”, but what good does that do? The damage has already been done to the integrity of our system, and to the Presidential Election itself. This is what should be discussed!
Follow Trump’s lead here. Also, let’s start talking the role of the house of representatives here. They absolutely do not have to accept this vote and can put Trump in because they are ultimately the will of the people. Another thing would be to refuse to seat electors of the states who played games
...have you ever seen on a scale as we have seen all year the level the Democrats have lowered themselves down into to turn this Nation into a Marxists swamp? Sure, we’ve seen it in other nations - we’ve fought wars in some of them because of this... but here, in the US... it has come down to this - we, as Citizens must demand and pound on the doors of out elected leaders to make sure the Democrats never do this — and the Republicans that are in office make laws to prevent it... Congress must do its job legally and level off this corruption.
Pelosi and her merry band thieves (which include AOC, Omar, Talib, & Pressley) all need to be checked - investigated - and thrown out of office & into jail for what they did. WE Stand Now — or we will fall -— I’m not falling for this crap ...

There are no Federal Constitutional issues related to voting in these elections to guide State Legislatures in the appointment of Electors. No one has the right to vote for President, “Presidential elections” are not part of our Constitution (except the requirement that the Electors meet in their state capitals and vote on the same day in all states).
However.
There is a Federal Constitutional issue to protect each State’s republican form of government, which in this case means that the sole power of appointment of Electors cannot be interfered with by a state court, or any court.
Any state court which revised the process for collecting ballots or counting votes for Presidential Electors, without enabling legislation by the state legislature, was operating illegally.
If that ever happened then in person only. Be there or be dead. Wait...

No, it’s happening everywhere. Lynchburg, my city, went Blue, and I don’t know when that last happened, if ever.
And it went that way based solely on early/absentee/mail-in votes — a lot of which ONLY had the presidential candidate checked. No other candidates were selected — only the president. Very odd, as if they were harvested.
Also, Lynchburg (AND Roanoke, as far as I know) started counting those ballots without notifying the local Republican watchers, who filed suit but the judge (of course) sided with the Democrats.
The whole thing is a sham.
I agree. I even doubt the USSC would even entertain a hearing from Trump's team before a suit is heard in a state court. Federalism you know.
The process would be repeated with mail-in again, and dead voters. It’s fully broken at this point.
