Did you have to use a paper ballot? I had to and they never explained why. We always used machines for as long as I can remember.

In my Westmoreland County, PA polling place the number of registered voters who had voted by 7:00 PM was approximately 90% of ALL OF THE REGISTERED VOTERS in our community.
Heavy Trump votes here.
