First....what a complete and evil being to first exploit your OWN KIDS (cough, cough HUNTER), for millions of $$ for yourself....but, to now be exploiting these granddaughters, without any regard, is over the top sick.
Second....Is this the granddaughter in the semi-nude/nude pics, w/Uncle Humper?
Third....Joe is shot, completely shot...mentally and, from the looks of his last few jog attempts, physically, too.
Fourth.....Press charges against fake Dr Jill, for elder care. Enough of this family exploiting and pimping each other.
I suspect he intended to say “This is my son Beau Biden’s daughter, my granddaughter Natalie...” but it slipped away on him.
Again it seems like tiredness. She is Beau’s daughter, and he was trying to say that. He was not thinking it was his son.
It is just normal dementia, not some last-stage stuff. It is the kind of error that will get our country killed in negotiations, assuming Biden ever was allowed to meet with any foreign leaders in his condition.

The man is DEMENTED in the truest sense of the word. Did you see the granddaughter give him the reassuring pat on the back? That told me she is fully aware he’s lost it and this is typical behavior.
