I find myself thinking of what to do money wise (eg. IRA, 401K, my kids 529, etc...) when or if Biden wins. Should I pull it all out and take the hit tax in hopes of having something for my family when I’m gone ... or is it too late for that.

Honestly, I think things have gone so far that, if Biden were declared the winner, there would be no point in spending time thinking about your money. Instead, it would be time to start thinking about surviving and addressing a dictatorship.
