Two Republican Senate chairman said on Sunday they will not at this time subpoena Hunter Biden to ask the son of Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden about his family's foreign business dealings, including with shady Chinese businessmen.
Appearing in the first of back-to-back interviews on Sunday Morning Futures on Fox News, two days before Election Day, Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham deflected by saying the matter falls under the jurisdiction of Senate Homeland Security Chairman Ron Johnson. When Johnson appeared minutes later, the Wisconsin Republican said he wanted more documentation and witness interviews before seeking a subpoena.
Both senators were pressed on the Hunter Biden story, which has raised questions about the possible role played by Joe Biden as he vies for the White House, by host Maria Bartiromo. One of them, Graham, is up for reelection this year.
“What are you going to do, Sen. Lindsey Graham, in terms of holding people accountable? Will you subpoena Hunter Biden? Bottom line,” Bartiromo said to Graham.

“I’m going to have a hearing with the FBI about why did you sit on the laptop so long? What you see from the business partner of Hunter Biden is corruption at an industrial scale - influence peddling," Graham added.

No. The FBI is busy investigating participants in a Trump Train parade that escorted a Biden bus out of town in Houston, Texas. Priorities, you know.
IF Graham is this useless two days before he is on the ballot just imagine how bad he will be when not up for 6 years.

It was Trump and his kid. Graham famous threatened to author the Mueller Coup protection act and Gowdy told POTUS “act innocent if he is.” With Republicans like Graham and Johnson China doesn’t even need Democrats to enslave our children.

Congressional committees are where investigations go to die
Regardless of whether the FBI is investigating Hunter Biden, to call him in to testify right now would be viewed as election interference (righty or wrongly). After the election is a different story.
The whistleblower repair shop guy contacted the GOP Senate in September. They were aware of the laptop and did nothing.
FBI Dir. Wray:
"I can't answer that question because Hunter Biden
is currently under investigation."
That is absolutely damning. Damn!
They combed through Kavanaughs high school yearbook but have no interest in even looking at a laptop full of proof of massive crimes.
That’s what he would say, and worst part is, he’d be allowed to get away with it, albeit after much hemming and hawing by Lindsey.
Well Graham did get ACB through committee and confirmed, which is the most important accomplishment of his Senate career...
Joe warned Lindsey earlier in the year that Lindsey would regret it if he looked into it and Lindsey hasn’t lifted a finger since.
