Brave choice.
In the short term, a recovering economy, ie Trump re-elected, is going to increase demand. The long term, i feel that the oil companies days are numbered because of new technologies.

BTW, I am certain that you can’t count on anything Biden actually says he is going to do, because someone will tell him to do it differently once he is in. Recovery in the economy will be important, more important than covid, in the short term. So, expect oil to recover for a while regardless.
