The quote below is from September on his Twitter account. I know he respects the military, not usually a Democrat trait but I don’t recall him supporting Dems,

I’m starting to think Simmons might have become a closet Trump guy over the last year or two.
He has said that he regrets his votes for Obama and that Trump is good for the country.

Won’t matter he’s moving to Washington state. We don’t have an income tax yet, but the commies in Olympia have been trying to call it something else to get it in for years. Also we have some of the highest property taxes in the country. He’s moving from the frying pan to the fire.

He could lean right. I think he used to be on O’Reilly from time to time. Seems pretty well grounded in some areas. Other areas ... not so much.
I don’t think that he does; I remember that he was complimentary of W’s Israel dealings versus Obama’s. He should really be loving Trump.
