I’m not so sure I agree 100% with your Constitutional analysis there.
I don’t see how the Twenty-Second Amendment, or any Amendment, can be unconstitutional, so long as it is passed by the Amendment process specified by the Constitution. An Amendment is PART OF the Constitution, the Constitution AS AMENDED.
Also, Congress on its own could not pass the Twenty-Eighth Amendment, or any Amendment. The Constitution does not give them that power.

On please. If Trump were that nefarious and intent on remaining in power, he wouldn’t change the term limits, he would declare himself president for life. Why take the chance of an election? That’s just stupid.

No bills of attainder is indeed a founding principle.
