If anyone thinks masks are a test of the limits of the public’s tolerance of govt control, think again. All the govt has to do is convince the people who own and operate businesses, and who are intimidated by the demands of insurance and the specter of liability.
When I must shop, I must wear a mask or they’ll eject me. So I put it on. But I shop as seldom as possible.
I’m not surprised you go along, however grudgingly. If you fly you are subject to worse.
I will never HAVE to fly so I won’t as long as the TSA is entitled to grope anyone who does.

I have yet to see a dedicated Biohazard Trash Can outside Walmart or any other Store or Restaurant.
I do however see used discarded Face Masks all over the Parking Lots.

The next time she saw me she did not even ask, just smiled and waved me on my way. The guy with her hissed "she is not wearing a mask!" As I walked away I heard her answer, "have you ever read the side of the box?"
