Utah authorities are trying to determine if the hiker concocted the tale about going missing to defraud people donating to GoFundMe Holly Courtier, the mom who supposedly went missing for 12 days in Utahs Zion Park, is now the subject of a criminal probe, Crime Online reports.
On October 18, the 38-year-old mom turned up alive and unharmed in the park. In the days since, park and law enforcement officials have heavily scrutinized Holly Courtiers claims that she had gone missing and somehow managed to survive on her own for nearly two weeks.
For example, while Holly Courtiers family has insisted that the Los Angeles resident could barely walk on her own when she was found, Zion National Parks Acting Chief of Interpretation Amanda Rowland has shot down this claim. The mom, no longer missing, was able to walk on her own with minimal assistance at that point, Rowland insists.
Now the Washington County Sheriffs Office has announced it is opening an investigation in response to a slew of tips suggesting that Courtier faked her disappearance as a part of a coordinated scam to defraud people donating to a GoFundMe fundraising plea set up by her sister, Jaime Strong, to aid in the search for her.

Crazy Eyes!
Some hiker "Holly Courtier" was missing in Zion national park for 12 days with no cellphone, food OR water. She was found alive a few days ago but refuses to provide any information on what happened and 'wants privacy'. She launched a GoFundMe and made $12K 🤔 very fishy 🐟🐠🐡— KSeven (@kixxiesiete) October 21, 2020
my kind of gal!!!!!
Which explains a lot about my life... :)
If a guy had a day-pack (normal 1-to-2 days of food)...in the summer period, then you could survive (having lost 15 pounds).
In her case, things don’t add up. Not much weight lost. The story seems awful weak.
called it the first moment i read this
Even Bigfoot avoided that crazy-eyed female!
The story of her finding didn’t make any sense when I saw it on Fox. No pictures. No information. She leaves on her own with her family. After this 2 week long search, they were like, she is found, nothing to see here, move along now. What?

No surprise here. Called BS on this story out of the gate.
The single dumbest thing about her story is the claim that she survived 12 days without water. Virtually impossible.
There is a “friend”, of no given gender, somewhere close to this story.
WTF?
Yeah same here. Her story is baloney.
Definite CRAZY EYES syndrome. Guilty as charged.
Total scam.
