Today Joe Biden shouted his new campaign slogan and final argument just days from the November 3rd election:

“America is dead” – Joe Biden actually said this at his Iowa rally.
Really, Joe? America is dead? What sort of Presidential aspirant has ever said this, shouted this, EVER?
