They played a gig at a frat house at UF when I was there.

I see 3 sites stating that he died the 19th, so I wonder which date is correct.

I started at Gettysburg College in the fall of '87. During my first week there, the school brought in the Outfield for a concert free to new and returning students (ok, I know it wasn't "free," but there was no admission charge.)

It was probably a much smaller venue than they were used to, but they still put on a very enthusiastic show, and had the crowd pretty energized. The big impression I took away from the band was that they really loved what they were doing and had a great time doing it.

RIP, Tony Lewis, and thanks for the memory.
