Just spoke with several rural mail carriers in Pennsylvania. Very little mail is being processed for the rural areas.
Virtually all mail, including the rural mail is sent to the metro areas for mail sorting, including mail in ballots.
By sitting on the rural mail and processing the metro mail, the metro Dem ballots are being processed and the rural Trump ballots sit in the metro post office awaiting sort.
This could impact the cancelation date and delivery on time to be counted.
You mean the new pieces of mail posted there but not stamped with the date stamp machine yet...
Yes that would be a concern but isnt there a line for the date when the document is signed by the voter ?
If a slew of them turned up too late and they all have an October etc date written on them by the voter, placing the ballot within the timeframe required...
However if not...

One would think that if the flow of mail were impeded, a pile up on a mass scale would quickly ensue. Post offices are not warehouses.
I like to send my ballot late on the day of election....but this year I think I will drop it of at one of the ballot drop offs....at least I’ll know it didn’t get accidentally dropped into a garbage can.
If thier votes are not marked received by election day they need to get out and vote on election day.
I would not doubt it nor consider it beyond reasonable that this is deliberate.
Elections are often won with small margins.

When I lived in SW WI, the mail went to Twin Cities for sorting. It delayed mail for 1-5 days from other areas of the country.
Now, my sorting facility is 75 miles away (Madison). I have noticed no slow down.
I have met 2 of my route carriers....both are Trump supporters. I assume they are contractors.
...all JUNK Mail from the Socialist Democrat Party! And tons of cellphone calls.

My most recent fave displays a *Potential Spam* in the caller ID. The 1st one (I don’t pick up) went to VM and was a plea for a donation. Subsequent ones just end the call.
Drop it in the ballot box at the POLLING STATION, not just some Ballot Box set-up somewhere!!
USPS workers are nearly 100% hard core Democrats and many of them will do whatever they can do to slow walk (or even lose) ballots that they feel are from Republicans. It is like a soldier trying to mail his family behind enemy lines.
Democrats should be forced to don a warning sign they can’t be trusted any where.
