Tom Bevan of RCP was on Laura Ingraham and says Biden increasing lead in Michigan.
I live in the North. Biden signs are few and far between, except in Traverse City. Have traveled all the way up to the tip of the Keweenaw and except for a handful of signs in campus housing in Marquette, Trump owns the Upper as well. I’m sure Wayne and Genesee and Ingham counties will fraud it for all they’re worth though. They usually do.
Trump himself says he is up +3. Must be his internal polling.
Rip is indeed liberal. And you can’t average a bunch of polls when most are bogus media push polls over sampling Dems by 8 or 9 puts. Trump has internals saying he is up +3. He said it today. And two other polls have him up.
And the auto industry. And before Queen Whitmer.
The RCP has two fatal problems.
No. 1 is that it is an average of different polls that use very different methodology and representative samples, it like taking a Summer day and and Winter day and declaring that it’s Spring.
No. 2 is that all but one of the polls that comprise the RCP are run by Democrats and are running partisan polls.
Michigan is very close, but Biden does not have a lead that means anything. Trend is toward Trump.
Bevan having a history as a Republican and being a regular on Fox News these days equates to being a NeverTrumper.
Fox cannot seem to go two minutes without hyping negative poll numbers for PDJT or any Republican for that matter.
I consider Fox News to be essentially part of Biden’s campaign.

Did you check the numbers? Trump won last time because he got a much bigger share of the black vote than Romney did.
The Democrats know this so they manufactured the Trump is a white supremacist bs. But it didn’t work. Trump’s approval among blacks is at an all time high now.

I agree. I’m not for prison reform because all it means is releasing a bunch of thugs back onto the street without any kind of proper training to go back into society.
I never got the slamming Biden on his tough on crime stuff 25 years ago, because I think it’s a good thing too.
However, it’s 2020 and Biden will be ruled by the BLM and ANTIFA wing of his party.
I have never understood why people give RCP so much credibility. Garbage in, garbage out. Combining a bunch of questionable polls just gives you more bad information on which you're basing your opinion.
In 2016, the more unconventional analytics seems more predictive than the established pollsters. I think we're seeing a repeat of that this year.
The dog whistles they accuse Trump of was all the rave for Biden in the 90s. So much so that if Trump goes to the heart of Philly and plays Biden in the Senate floor Biden turnout numbers will crater. I really hope someone from the campaign does this. Even if not Trump. BTW, making a play for the Black vote is another reason why Trump may still pull this off. Not sure why you all think ignoring black people is a viable solution going forward. If the recidivism rate has been low it’s win win in my estimation. Accusing Trump of being soft on Crime is ridiculous
Everything is in place it seems. I never could imagine it as a kid or young adult. Now I can clearly.
