I’m almost certain he has Lewy Body Dementia. Being the despicable character that he is, I can’t find any sympathy for him. After 45 is reelected we will doubtless see very little of Biden until the inevitable obituary 3-5 years from now.

My dad lasted about a year after Lewy bodies became obvious. It’s a quick dementia.

Or he is a very good actor and not demented at all. If he is demented, he will not be considered competent, and therefore can’t stand for trial.
