As he bumbled, mumbled, slurred and created new words, I thought this was Joe Biden's worst speech yet. And that's saying a lot.
NO the Deep State is using him to win their election. He is disposable as a pair of Depends.
Whatever they did to him, drugs, intense drills, hypnosis, to get him through the final debate left him further brain damaged.

I suspect that his handlers have seen this up close and personal, hence their decision to lock him up in the basement until the election. They will let him do virtual events well drugged up so he seems somewhat coherent.
So, unfortunately there is little opportunity to push him hard.

At least the Clintons were somewhat suave and he was charming; they successfully kept most of their deep corruption largely hidden. The same complicit press that hid the Clinton corruption is hard at work doing the same thing with Biden corruption.

Even if this is five minutes of excerpts from a 20 minute speech, it’s still serious and a good look into his poorly functioning brain. His brain cannot control his mouth, he chooses incorrect words and doesn’t know it, he thoroughly garbles and slurs words, uses incorrect syntax, strings together weird collections of unrelated words. He’s a train wreck.
If you heard these sort of problems in a 20 or 30 minute speech, wouldn’t you wonder WTH was going on?
The transcript bot improved on what he actually said. Several times it inserted the correct word (e.g., community) instead of the word he clearly said (cunity). Maybe that’s kind of what progs do...automatically insert real words when he babbles, making them think they actually understand him.
