Hillary Clinton is sticking with her conviction that the 2016 presidential election was not conducted legitimately, saying the details surrounding her loss are still unclear.
“There was a widespread understanding that this election [in 2016] was not on the level,” Clinton said during an interview for the latest episode of The Atlantic’s politics podcast, The Ticket. “We still don’t know what really happened.”
“There’s just a lot that I think will be revealed. History will discover,” the Democratic Party’s 2016 presidential nominee continued. “But you don’t win by 3 million votes and have all this other shenanigans and stuff going on and not come away with an idea like, ‘Whoa, something’s not right here.’ That was a deep sense of unease.”
Clinton also offered copious criticism of President Trump, saying she warned the country about her former rival, and “it was even worse than I thought it was.”
“I really did feel sometimes like the tree falling in the forest. I believed he was a puppet of Putin.

We do know what happened in the 2016 election. Hillary Clinton lost. She was so confidant that she would win big that she hung her hat on dense population metropolitan areas and ignored the rural areas. She really should start to live with it.

Speaking for myself, I am so tired of hearing Hillary that I cringe when I see her name in print. true story, I once had a nightmare where I woke up with Hillary cackling beside me in my bed. It was so traumatic I think I have PTSD now because I jump at loud noises and suffer from chronic insomnia. I get very tired but am afraid to sleep fearing the nightmare might reoccur. But it made me feel a great deal of empathy for poor Bill. That nightmare was in 2012 but it seems like just last night. I probably wouod have ended up in therapy had I not found Free Republic and lurked here among like minded people.
When youre all around people believing the same thing, and repeating the same stuff, you are always amazed when things dont go the way you expected.

Like when Donald Trump sold a significant part of out uranium to Russia? Like when his spouse picked up hundreds of thousands of dollars for a twenty minute speech to the Russians? Like when his policies on reducing oil production would aid Putin? Hillary is projecting more than a thousand movie theaters.
I know one thing that did happen...
over 1.5 MILLION voters in Los Angeles County registered & VOTED on election day 2016.
I am still looking for an explanation on why Putin would prefer Trump over Hillary.
