Noticed this morning that there was a 5.0 magnitude earthquake at at depth of 10 km (6.21 miles, pretty shallow), 46 km or 28.58 miles SW of Abhar, Iran.
I have noticed, likely as well as many of you, my dear FReeper friends, who keep a close eye on earthquakes, that oftentimes such temblors are actually not temblors, but powerful military strikes against an enemy.
These are picked up by seismographs and via satellite monitors and deemed tectonic movements, but they can also indicate that a military target has been selected and neutralized with all due prejudice.
It is my belief at this point that either Israel or U.S. military forces have gone after yet another Iranian threat and have done their best to eliminate it. If this is indeed true, then we should see some report within the coming days or weeks.
Amir Tsarfati of Behold Israel (Facebook, YouTube, website), when cleared to do so, updates on exactly what has happened and also pertinent updates on how Biblical prophecy is so quickly advancing--at this point like a galloping horse at break-neck speed toward the very last days before Christ's Return.
May the Lord Jesus greatly bless and protect him, his teaching ministry, his family and the ministry's families, and may the Lord Jesus Christ greatly bless and surround us with His guardian angels. Amen.
Iran has a history of earthquakes.
SO sad, President Trump should we send aid?
Didn’t feel anything here in Texas.
Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar.
Yes, it does
According to suspiciousObservers.org we are at the beginning of an earthquake cycle, influenced by solar and space weather. The Alaska 7.5 was predicted and was the start.
Don’t get to far out over your skis on this one.
First, Iran is very active geologically so earthquakes are relatively common.
Second, it was 10km deep, that would be a really deep bunker or military installation to hit.
Third, a 5.0 earthquake caused by a bomb would have to be a pretty hefty nuke I would presume and I don’t think Israel or the US would use a nuke against Iran.
Good imagination but I think this was just another earthquake. But we’ll see shortly if it wasn’t.
Yokohama next ?
Its a generally accepted secret that the military seldom discloses all that its up to, but I really dont think anyone has the capability do deliver boms to 10 KM deep.
There is a spate of larger earthquakes in subduction zones lately. Micro swarm clusters in the San Andreas and Juan de Fuca faults and increased thermal occurrences in Yellowstone, the Rockies and on the Olympic peninsula has left the West coast in a precarious state. There is the same activity going on in the South Pacific and South East Asia. I don’t know what is going on in the Middle East but I imagine similar activities are happening there.
10 kms deep? Even the deepest oldest mines on Earth don’t approach that.

“Didnt feel anything here in Texas.”
Nope. Nothing down here.
Iran is a seismically active area, with frequent earthquakes.
6 miles is ridiculously deep for underground military facilities, or for any kind of penetrator to attack. Really, beyond a mile deep is.
Maybe the reported depth was falsified to cover for an attack, however.
West Coast US. The comment I read said if there isn’t a fairly large one on the West Coast it will just put more force on the locked plates.
According to stress and energy transfer mapping by Dutchsince.com, the forces go Eastward.
Maybe toward the Missouri Bootheel ?
That area has been active lately also.
A 5.0 earthquake equals 468.8791 tons of TNT. So it was doable.

The tell if this was a military strike is if there are no aftershocks.
A 5.0 magnitude earthquake would be about what would be expected from the largest nuclear device ever exploded. There would be many other telltale signs of such an explosion.
