Here’s the big problem.
You’d have to prove that the level of arguably subjective bias in the application of their “standards” is the level of being both malicious as well as damaging, in court.
I don’t think you’d have a hard time arguing how damaging this sort of bias selectivity can be. But proving intent and malice would get really lost in the weeds and these guys would raise all sorts of arguments about their processes and procedures and the different employees/associates using them.
Also, you have an even bigger problem. Section 230 protection.

I’m not an expert on this, but in some instances overseas having an in-country bank account is necessary and/or more practical than not.
