Same here except I slow and gently swab as far as comfortable into the sinuses. The same distance as the Corona test swabs without the burning pain. Applied immediately after start of nasal congestion it causes sneezes clearing the mucous and immediately providing normal nasal breathing. Instant relief that can be maintained by four applications daily. Usually after two days it's all cleared up.
I do follow with peroxide rinse/gargle and then cheap 100 proof vodka gargle/rinse. YMMV...but haven't had a bad cold, flu, or bronchial infection in more than a decade. Not prescribed by my docs but was told if it worked for me to keep it up.
I use saline spray with a few drops of grapefruit seed oil for my sinuses.
It is a natural antibacterial/anti-fungal and probably not as virus-friendly an environment as normal sinuses.
If this is true, I am sending you a dozen roses just for being a GREAT person.
OI suggest bottles of Jack in every school room. Give out shots before each class and 2 for the teacher.
My daughter prefers the spray. It took me a while to get using the Neti Pot down but now I love it. I have a lot of allergies but no anatomical sinus issues like my daughter has that makes the saline spray easier for her.
I gargle with gin every day and haven’t had a sick day in my life.
