“Thank God her car broke down”: River North club drug victim speaks out

After drugging a well-dressed River North nightclub’s VIP host around closing time Sunday, two Milwaukee women led the nearly-incoherent man to their nearby car. But they had a big problem after they stripped him of his cellphones, watch, and credit cards: Their car wouldn’t start, and they had a half-clothed, unresponsive man in the backseat.

“They roofied me at the club because I was wearing designer clothes and a gold Rolex watch,” the alleged victim told CWBChicago in an interview Monday afternoon. He asked us to withhold his name.

A source said another man was targeted similarly on Friday night. More details about the investigation are expected to be revealed at the women’s bond hearing. And officials believe there are still other women — mostly from Wisconsin — who are involved in similar operations.

My daughter got presumed rohypnol dropped into her open water bottle while she was on stage at a karaoke bar. She returned to her table and capped the bottle then went home. On her way to church the next day she drank some out of that bottle. At the end of ass she did not get up to leave. Someone came and got me out of mass in a different church and i went to her. Several of us got her into my car and took her to the emergency room. She was quite paralyzed. She blinked some but couldn't move anything else. At the ER she was threatened with arrest for drunk but slowly recovered. Once she said she had drunk some water and, with prodding, remembered opening the bottle at a table where there was an unknown young man sitting across at the club and not drinking any of it there. The ER nurse remembered that there had been several similar ER incidents in the previous month. Because she was okay they did not test her for rohypnol because it is an inordinately expensive test and they didn't have it but she was not arrested.

So. When a lass is at a club she should never take her eyes off of her uncapped drink, no matter if it is gin or water.
