It can be shown from the emails and or text messages that Joe knew there were concerns about Hunter possibly doing things he should not have done with minor children. Joe did nothing about it.
It can also be shown in Trump campaign ads montages of Joe himself getting a bit too handsy with kids, which would explain why he saw nothing wrong with what Hunter was up to.
