if you get hosting somewhere- (500px.com is a good place to upload photos- it’s free but limited to 10 per week which kinda stinks though)- open the photo page, right clock ‘copy image, then go to https://html-online.com/editor/ paste into the left hand column, then copy the code on right hand side- and paste the code into your FR post- easy peasy

Go to postimages.org and upload your pic. Scroll down and click copy direct link. Go to your posting comment page and type <img src=” then paste link after quote mark. Add quote mark to end of what you pasted” then type width=”500”

It will look like this:

The html tag you use is like this but with no space after the "<" or the ">" .
