So, help me out here to understand your response. Are you confirming this is indeed body armor, and that a stupid person just might be careless enough to leave it laying around? Not that we really know if it was laying around as you are assuming it was. Not saying that is an incorrect assumption, just that it is an assumption. But regardless as to whether it s a valid or incorrect assumption, you already seem to confirm that there are people who are stupid enough to just leave it laying around.
So I am trying to figure out what exactly you had objection with of my original question, So the electronic hobbyist employs the use of a protective vest for his hobby?, that I had posed to you. Which I might add you totally failed to answer.
LOL!! I worked in uniform for New York State’s prison system for 25 years. I didn’t have a flashing light, but also responded to fights, and other things too.

SO I haven’t heard a thing. My friend said they finally gave him access to the property on Tuesday of last week. I was away at my hunting property in S. Georgia. Didn’t get anything, shot a doe but it went over the fence to the property next door and I wasn’t about to chase after her since they lease that out to really anyone. Did not want to accidentally get shot.
From what I know though they were able to ping the last cell phone that was used to message my friend the property manager. Once everything was inventoried and packed in bags they were out of there. The items are not in the home any longer. I will be out there this weekend to finally quote the work that needs to be done, I’ll post another update then.
It appears they feel they’ve got some evidence since they did take what was there.
