SO I haven’t heard a thing. My friend said they finally gave him access to the property on Tuesday of last week. I was away at my hunting property in S. Georgia. Didn’t get anything, shot a doe but it went over the fence to the property next door and I wasn’t about to chase after her since they lease that out to really anyone. Did not want to accidentally get shot.
From what I know though they were able to ping the last cell phone that was used to message my friend the property manager. Once everything was inventoried and packed in bags they were out of there. The items are not in the home any longer. I will be out there this weekend to finally quote the work that needs to be done, I’ll post another update then.
It appears they feel they’ve got some evidence since they did take what was there.
