Actually its a very easy question to answer.
Voters may tell pollsters they are not voting for Trump because people who dare support Trump or even put on a MAGA hat or post anything on social media supporting Trump, immediately get doxxed or lose their jobs or get harassed in their homes.
However, its easier for voters to give an honest answer when they are asked who they think will win.
The good thing about that Gallup poll is, even Independent voters think Trump will win. There is just no love for Joe Dementia. Slow Joe is done.

Biden's event in Erie yesterday had no time nor venue the morning of the event. This is planned and typical. I guess this is in case Biden is mentally unable to do the event they can say it wasn't confirmed and there were logistical problems.
