Think 4843 was referring to the news about Barr/Durham saying no indictments before election. Was that the Axios article?
I think the latter is what he means. I'm thinking we can expect something soon on the beast lady's emails.

#499 I hope Cue is referring to the statement in the article from Barr about the Durham investigation.
“They are in the State Department but Mike Pompeo has been unable to get them out, which is very sad,” Trump told anchor Maria Bartiromo.
“Actually I’m not happy with him for that reason,” he added.
Perhaps we’re not supposed to believe that PDJT is not happy with him.
If you look at the article that was attached to the drop, at the bottom it mentions the report that there won't be anything coming out of Durham before the election.
Last couple of lines of the article..."Earlier Friday, it emerged that Barr had been warning Republicans that a review of the FBI’s Russia probe would not be finalized until after the Nov. 3 election."
Just my theory, but I think this is what he was referring to.
