You’re not the only one.
I hear what you are saying, but for $120 million/year most people wouldn’t grow up either....
On another note, Eddie van Halen died of cancer today. RIP Eddie...
I had a subscription to XM radio 20 years ago, I had it to listen to Seattle Mariners baseball games — Ichiro Suzuki set a record that will never be broken in our lives: 262 hits in one season.
It was epic to follow him for season after season as he approached the title.
Then he was traded to the Yankees (I believe Ichiro wanted a ‘ring’) and they did not do him justice.
I spent 20 hours trying to cancel my ‘subscription’ to XM radio: ‘Please hold, I’ll direct you to that department...’
I actually cancelled — not replaced a lost or stolen — credit card. My subscription eventually cancelled automatically. BASTARDS!
Sirius/XM is dead to me.
Nope, NohSpinZone, you are not the only one.
20-30 years ago, whenever I would take cabs, it seems the cabbies were always listening to him.
Bring back the Grease Man, he was vulgar, but funny.
Congrats to him. Who could imagine you could make a whole career out of potty jokes and sex jokes and pull down that amount of cash?
Stern is the only person in media who can say on air to a porn actress “I’ve watched all your films” and his audience thinks it is cool.
Bill Clinton must be envious.
“OK, I must be the only SiriusXM subscriber in the world that doesn’t listen to this guy?”
No, there’s at least two of us.
Howard Stern? Gross, but not even funny. I was in a cab in NYC - where I grew up and lived at that time - years ago and I told the (Muslim) cabbie to turn him off. The driver couldn’t understand why but I told him otherwise he’d have to stop and I’d just get out.
If Howard Stern had been funny, that might have rescued him. But he was like Lenny Bruce, crude and “shocking” and otherwise a nobody.
Im a subscriber but I don’t listen to him.
Is interviewing porn stars still part of his shtick?
When I listened to SiriusXM, I didnt listen to Howard Stern, I listened to Mark Levin and Siriusly Sinatra
Most of us here listened to him in high school. He has turned into a total a-hole when he really didn’t have to.
propped up by dying automakers.
I have been a consumer of Sirius/XM radio since its activation and not one hour of one day have I ever listened to Howard Stern’s show.
I have No idea why the leadership of Sirius/XM feels they need Howard Stern to stay viable. When they already have so many other Conservatively oriented Programs.
I mainly listen to channel 7 (70's rock) and some of the classic rock or vinyl albums or deep track channels.
I don’t get it, really!. Is SirusXM is even making money? My last renewal I negotiated $6 a month for a year.
Stern was on the interview show, coffee and cars with Seinfeld. Stern came across like an ass with schizophrenia.
Who on earth would waste their time listening to that old strange baffoon? And some barely solvent company is paying how much??
Nope, me too. Can’t stand the arshole
