>>Hes done it now a total of 80 times a rate of nearly once every other week since Donald Trump took office... this exceeds the 49 times that the top attorneys for the state of Texas sued President Obama back when he was president.
President Trump hasn’t even been in office 4 years and Obama was there over 8 (don’t forget office of the president elect).

So he hasnt actually sued Trump, has he? He is suing the Trump administration. The headline sullies Trump the man.

I honestly dont understand it. The Affordable Care Act has become ingrained in our society”
Yes, it totally destroyed the U.S. healthcare system. Now I pay twice the premiums for less coverage and unbelievable bureaucracy to do anything. Now all you do is talk to a computer and wait months for a 10 minute appointment.

I think it must still be a fire-up-the-base kind of issue.
No, it's a "Stop unconstitutional idiocy that we can't afford" kind of issue.

Its an obsession with some folks on the right, Ferguson said. I honestly dont understand it. That's probably because he doesn't have to pay for it and have to pay th4e out of pocket and deductibles.
If he had to live with that as his medical care, he'd get it.

also, he is not personally suing, he is wasting taxpayer dollars on frivolous and ultimately losing

I honestly dont understand it. The Affordable Care Act has become ingrained in our society, its widely used around the state..." Oh really? It's only been operating for less than 10 years. Excluding the medicaid expansion, it only serves 10 million people (3.3% of the population). At an average tax payer cost of $25,000 per person in subsidies! It's a complete and total failure.

This time, for sure.
