While Bryan Thompson was out talking a walk through the Shubie Park in Dartmouth, Massachusetts, a strange scene caught his attention. Thompson couldnt help but notice a man wheeling a dog around in a wagon. Thinking it was a little unusual, he pulled out his camera and managed to get a couple of pictures. But that wasnt enough. Thompson was still so curious as to why he had his dog in a wagon in the first place. Deciding it couldnt hurt to ask, Thompson went up to the man and introduced himself.

Our dog’s back legs are starting to go. Love her but when her legs go, she goes. She wouldn’t be happy being immobile. Neither would I for that matter. Can’t get up and go do your number?
We bought a sling for my older dog when he started to lose the use of his back legs. He learned to walk with it just fine when he realized he had support.
Took him to the park, around the block - with people honking, giving us thumbs up and cheering from the sidelines.
Lost him in July when his entire system collapsed and he was suffering.
When our pug lost the use of his back legs we made sure to do this for him. He had his stroller and we took him everywhere we could.
RIP, Pugsley. You were a fine dog and you are missed.

A neighbor here takes her dog for a walk in a stroller. Only way its going to get around the block.
Dogs deserve the best. If you treat a dog badly it is a sin.
